 Just before midnight on Friday September 11, 2015 the California State Assembly and Senate passed long overdue regulations for the medical marijuana industry. Many believe that in the Rush, many problems were created. Here are the 3 bills which must ALL pass in order for the regulations to go into effect. Now it's up to Jerry Brown.
